The Job
Be the key person in overviewing and arranging daily policy delivery to business partners;
Handle wide range of after sales servicing requests (e.g. policy delivery, change of policy ownership/insured/beneficiary, policy feature application, policy surrender and claim, collateral assignments etc.) to distribution channels to ensure service standards are met;
Work with the team members and related internal departments closely and cooperatively in policy servicing and operational matters, and resolve problems;
Ensure accurate and timely data entry into policy administration systems;
Assist in improvements to enhance policy servicing process and operational efficiency;
Involved in reviewing and updating manuals, procedures and operational documentation;
Assist in preparation of announcements or notices to business partners;
Take part in maintenance of the broker portal;
Assist in onboarding banks for premium financing facility;
Prepare training materials and participate in training for business partners when required;
Assist ad-hoc projects if need.
The Person
Bachelor’s degree holder or above with experience in policy administration and general insurance policy servicing, preferred in life insurance business with operations knowledge;
3–5 years of relevant experience in life insurance operations or business support;
Detail-minded, organized and with good interpersonal skills in communication with our internal departments and business partners;
Positive and driven work attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team;
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
