The Assistant Housekeeping Manager supports the smooth operation of the Housekeeping department, ensuring all guest accommodations and public areas meet Four Seasons standards. This is a hands-on role, assisting in planning daily operations, coordinating staff, and working closely with the Front Office and F&B teams to guarantee timely room readiness and an exceptional guest experience.
What you will do:
Assist in supervising and coordinating daily housekeeping operations, ensuring adequate staffing and productivity.
Inspect guest rooms and public areas to maintain Four Seasons quality standards.
Support personalized service for VIP, Elite, and repeat guests through room checks and attention to detail.
Help manage inventory of cleaning supplies and amenities, keeping accurate stock records.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, grooming standards, and safety regulations.
Coach and guide housekeeping team members, providing performance feedback and development support.
What you bring:
2–4 years of experience in a supervisory role within Housekeeping Division.
Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent experience preferred.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Hands-on approach with the ability to manage teams and maintain high standards.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with team members and guests.
