The role is responsible for leading the commercial operations and profitable growth of Brown-Forman Brands in West Bengal (India Region) with primary focus in Kolkata City On Premise. This includes developing an in-depth understanding of the commercial drivers in the area and being responsible for managing the area’s On Premise accounts and commercial deliverables.

The Assistant Field Sales Manager is responsible for driving business, brand availability, tracking competitor activity and planning & executing commercial and marketing support and promotional events.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Knowledge and understanding of the basics of sales, marketing and distribution

  • Knowledge of Alcohol industry or related industries for the assigned territory 

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience

  • Ability to build lasting relationships with customers towards mutual benefits

  • Ability to execute with excellence promotional activities planned for the assigned territory and/or accounts 

  •  A business development mindset which allows you to continuously look for new opportunities and creative solutions to problems

  • An eye for detail with respect to our brands along with competitor activities
