We’re an expanding Early Childhood Education company making exciting moves in North Carolina—and we’re looking for a dedicated, motivated, and heart-driven Assistant Director to help us lead with purpose and excellence in Holly Springs.

What You’ll Do

As our Assistant Director, you’ll partner closely with the Director to:

• Guide and mentor teachers to create joyful, well-managed classrooms where children thrive.
• Build meaningful relationships with families and the Holly Springs community to strengthen our school’s connection and reputation.
• Keep our center running smoothly—managing daily operations, enrollment, staffing, and budgeting.
• Ensure compliance and uphold the highest standards of care and education.

You’ll be a coach, a connector, and a cornerstone for your team—someone who leads with both head and heart.

Who You Are

• You have at least 1 year of administrative experience in a licensed childcare center (experience in North Carolina is a wonderful asset).
• You hold an Associate’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education.
• You’re a confident communicator, a steady leader, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.
• You’re flexible and available to support center needs between 6:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday–Friday.
• Youre within a reasonable and reliable commute of 116 Quantum Dr., Holly Springs, NC 27540
