Operations & Process Coordination (Aertssen Site)
Follow up on all activities at Aertssen to ensure alignment with the C-ATS process for incoming machines.
Follow up and assist the scissorline to be in line with C-ATS.
Serve as contact person for all questions related to Aertssen.
Responsible for safety of JLG personnel at Aertssen.
Attend random coordination meetings (Transport, Inside Sales, etc.).
Inventory & Material Management
Keep C-ATS updated in MAPICS for all machines in transit (WHS852).
Book all incoming materials in MAPICS.
Perform inventory transactions and create cycle count sheets with follow-up.
Define pack codes for obsolete materials (monthly).
Organize yearly physical inventory with Deloitte.
Coordinate/ship replacement serial number plates for machines in the field.
System Administration & Data Integrity
Check the weekly interface between Globis (Aertssen system) and MAPICS.
Assist Inside Sales (Europe) with MAPICS issues.
Approve sales changes for WHS852 (materials and capacity).
Ordering & Repairs
Create ISL orders for material related to sales changes.
Create ISL orders for repair materials coming out of PDI.
Financial Controls
Check and approve invoices from Aertssen.
