What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage the APQP process to ensure quality requirements are met from design to production
• Define and manage comprehensive quality plans for new products
• Conduct risk assessments and lead PFMEA to predict and mitigate failures
• Use advanced quality tools such as SPC, MSA, and capability studies (PPK, CPK)
• Oversee prototype evaluations and pilot runs before full production
• Ensure compliance with product safety standards (ISO 26262), technical cleanliness (ISO 16232/VDA19.1), and VDA 6.3 audits
• Support project launches for OEMs like Ford, GM, and Stellantis

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Quality Management
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in a quality engineering role, preferably automotive
• Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and core quality tools
• Experience with IATF 16949 standards
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
