Approved Payments Associate
Location: Cairo
Job Type: Full-time
Purpose of the Role:
As an Approved Payments Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate processing of approved payments across the business. Reporting to the Complaints Technical Specialist, you’ll act as a subject matter expert, using your knowledge and insights to improve processes, reduce risk, and enhance the customer experience.
What you’ll do:
- Process approved payments using various systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for approved payments, supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement process enhancements.
- Support the Complaints Technical Specialist in identifying operational risks and proposing solutions.
- Review and improve current processes to enhance customer service and operational efficiency.
- Ensure processes generate the necessary Management Information (MI) for effective Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Stay up to date with business communications that impact payment procedures.
- Detect and escalate potentially fraudulent activity.
- Provide support to the Support and Governance Manager in the absence of the Complaints Technical Specialist.
