Responsibilities:
Assist in writing articles and after event coverage for announcements and publication in Bahasa and English
Assist in reviewing writing materials from related departments
Assist in event management and organizing such as staff kick off, town hall, anniversary and branding activations
Assist in video editing and contribute ideas in creating promotional materials/collaterals such as videos & reels production, flyers, taglines
In charge of updating internal company microsite with company’s related news
Administration support
Requirements:
This role requires an energetic, dedicated and detail-oriented person who can manage multiple tasks.
This individual is a team-player with willingness to learn.
Must be computer literate (working knowledge of word processing, PowerPoint, Excel).
Able to operate and use video editing applications to edit videos (CapCut, InShot, iMovie etc)
Excellent written and oral communication (Bahasa and English) and interpersonal skills.
Self-starter, good time management, creative, with ability to communicate in a professional manner
Available to join for 6 months internship period.
Willing to follow Hybrid regulation – WFO (3x) & WFH (2x) in Tebet, South Jakarta.
