The Appraisal and Repair Administrator is a vital member of the Appraisal and Repair team.
Responsibilities:
Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for Zale's, Kay's banners, and other clients, ensuring a positive initial impression level setting expectations
Communication Management: Efficiently manage the SSW Appraisals voicemail queue and oversee correspondence between stores and Appraisers to address concerns or queries.
Record Keeping: Update and maintain accurate customer appraisal records in relevant databases.
Supplies Management: Monitor and manage stocks of appraisal collateral, ensuring critical supplies are always available.
Team Support: To ensure seamless operations, provide necessary support to colleagues and team members.
Problem Solving: Collaborate with Appraisers and other relevant parties to resolve issues promptly
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in the jewelry industry is desirable.
At least 4 years of experience in a customer service role.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and comfortable with technology.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated organizational and leadership capabilities.
Well acquainted with office management processes and fundamental accounting principles.
Minimum education of a high school diploma. A BSc/BA in office administration or a related field will be considered a plus.
Accredited Jewelry Professional (AJP) certification will be an advantage.
The hourly range for this opportunity is $22.00 - $25.00. Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications.
