About this Team:
This team provides, you will play a crucial role in our team, leveraging your expertise in the FIS product or demonstrating a strong eagerness to learn. Your responsibilities will include monitoring alerts, addressing production issues, and creating problem tickets for unresolved issues. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including technology, operations, and other upstream and downstream teams, to ensure seamless communication and effective problem resolution. Your proactive approach and technical acumen will be key to maintaining the stability and efficiency of our systems.
What You will be doing:
• Provides in-depth product support to FIS clients by resolving incoming inquiries.
• Responds to customer product inquiries via internet-based email or chat sessions.
• Resolves customer concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance or product application or compatibility matters.
• Troubleshoots problems with malfunctioning software applications and recommends corrective action.
• Documents customer information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development.
