The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team in Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico:

Elevate your career as the Application Packaging Administrator, where you'll play a crucial role in guiding our enterprise solutions within RTX. In this essential position, you'll utilize your technical acumen in a setting that values security, high performance, and innovation. Lead the charge in driving transformation, ensuring the robust scalability of our Microsoft SCCM and Intune services, and making substantial contributions to our strategic growth.

What You Will Do

  • Design and support endpoint environment solutions using Microsoft System Center
  • Configuration Manager (SCCM), Microsoft Intune, Mobile Device Management (MDM), and Active Directory (AD) services
  • Execute deployment plans and operational activities such as application packaging, application deployment, application upgrades, etc.
  • Provide and support solution delivery to multiple operating systems on multiple hardware platforms, including laptop, desktop, and tablet form factors
  • Provide significant troubleshooting skills and experience in order to provide solutions to complex problems
  • Provide task automation via multiple scripting or programming languages
  • Provide recommendations on appropriate hardware and software purchases and assists with installation and roll-out
  • Provide forecasting capabilities to identify future capacity or technical limitations
  • Ensure that delivered solutions align to applicable policies, standards, and regulations
  • Assist in analyzing vendor products and provide understanding of industry trends within specific DT disciplines
  • This position will reference written work instructions for guidance with daily job activities. Work instructions are available in English only.

Qualifications You Must Have 

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field with a minimum 5 years relevant experience or an Advance college degree a a minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Experience with SCCM, Intune, MDM, and/or AD services
  • Extensive knowledge of application packaging and delivery
  • Proficiency in PowerShell / Visual Basic scripting
  • Experience working with distributed teams

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Proficiency in overseeing the management, maintenance, and optimization of complex DT infrastructure, including computing resources, data storage, and identity management.
  • Ability to formulate and govern the overarching strategy of Microsoft SCCM and Microsoft Intune systems, ensuring security, compliance, and alignment with operational demands.
  • Knowledge of DoD requirements and experience upholding strict security standards, compliance with customer-imposed regulations, and best practices for infrastructure management.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in strategic oversight, resource management, and operation of information systems.
