Your Role
In your daily job you will:

1.laser,SPI,AOI,Coating AOI程序编写,调试

2,生产现场设备异常处理

3.SPI,AOI ,WS/SWS AOI,X-ray误判调试

4.SPI AOI WS/SWS AOI,X-ray程序优化,FTQ, FPY目标达成.

5.设备日常维护周保月保

6.生产线换线支持.

7.Scanner 调试 (SPI 贴片机 AOI WS/SWS前 ).

8.不良品追溯分析与改善.

9.生产及其他部门技术支持.          

           

Your Background

Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:

1. 中专及高中以上学历, 至少3年以上的AOI SPI工作经验                  

2. 熟悉SMT PCBA生产工艺、以及电子元器件 .

3. 责任心强,具有团队精神和良好的沟通协调能力             

4. 熟练应用OMRON(欧姆龙)AOI,  KohYoung SPI&AOI, 熟悉 ASYS laser, OMRON 5D X-ray者优先考虑
