The Anesthesia Sales Specialist will be responsible for selling all types of anesthesia equipment to hospitals, clinics, ambulatory surgical center in the Texas Medical Center and the Houston Metroplex. He/she will also be responsible for maintaining good relations with all customers within his/her area of responsibility as well as providing excellent customer service through product demonstrations, clinical support, educational seminars, and technical advice.

Role Summary:

GE Healthcare is seeking a high-performing Anesthesia Care Sales Specialist (ARC) to lead commercial strategy and execution for our anesthesia portfolio across the Texas Medical Center and surrounding IDNs. This is a high-volume, high-impact territory with deep customer relationships, strategic complexity, and significant upside. The ideal candidate will bring clinical credibility, strategic agility, and a proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute territory plans to achieve quota and growth targets.

  • Engage with Chiefs of Anesthesia, CRNAs, OR Directors, and C-level Biomed/IT stakeholders.

  • Drive competitive conversions and expand GEHC footprint across assigned accounts.

  • Collaborate with internal teams including Patient Monitoring PSS, Clinical Applications, Strategic Director, Enterprise Account Managers (ECS), and Service/Project Managers.

  • Build and manage a robust pipeline, leveraging clinical wins and strategic selling.

  • Navigate complex buying processes and align solutions to customer priorities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience and/or experience in the perioperative space.

  • Candidates with strong clinical or OR experience may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with anesthesia workflows, patient monitoring, and perioperative environments.

  • Ability to engage confidently with clinical and technical stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated strategic selling capabilities, collaboration, and communication skills.
