About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Analytics Developer – Data Steward to join our Digital team, contributing to both Data & Analytics service delivery and service management. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of analytics across the organisation.
As an Analytics Developer – Data Steward, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality analytics solutions and managing the ongoing development of our analytics capabilities. You’ll work across greenfield projects and help retire legacy technologies, while also embedding best practices and enabling self-service analytics across the business. Your key responsibilities will involve:
Collaborating with IT and business stakeholders to understand analytics requirements
Designing and documenting scalable analytics solutions
Developing reports, dashboards, data models, and measures
Partnering with IT project teams to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery
Facilitation of workshops, demos, and user testing sessions
Providing hyper-care and warranty support post-deployment
Create and deliver training materials to support self-service analytics
Providing operational support for analytics platforms and solutions
About you:
You will have strong stakeholder management skills with a high attention to detail, you will also have:
5+ years as a Business Intelligence Developer using Power BI and Tableau
Strong data modelling capabilities
Experience with cloud technologies (Microsoft 365, Google Cloud Platform)
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities
Clear and confident written and verbal communication
Degree or equivalent in IT, Information Systems, or a related field
