The analyst’s role is to provide project management support for all Quick Collect implementations and biller changes that involve IT work.  The Analyst is responsible for new, enhancement and maintenance projects for clients that may result in protected revenue, cost reduction, increased efficiencies for the client and/or the reduction of recurring issues for the client.   

Role Responsibilities 

  • Requirements Gathering - interacting with client technical and non-technical resources to identify and document requirements and specifications.  
  • Project documentation (i.e. Statement of Work, Fastrack, Deployment Plan, etc.) 
  • Coordinate with internal project teams (i.e. Development, Sterling, QA, etc.) and act as central point of communication to and between sales, support, operations, internal/external technical resources and client.  
  • Establishes client support relationship within the client’s organization to ensure the services being implemented meet the expectations and needs of the client. 
  • Manage timelines and deliverables. 
  • Overall support for the duration of the project. 
  • Coordinate testing of the product or services requested by client.  
  • Schedule and coordinate with client and IT for production deployment. 
  • Postproduction support for the first two weeks post deployment. 
  • Interact with team members and provide support to meet team goals and objectives. 

Role Requirements 

  • 2 years of experience as a support specialist to understand the payments landscape.  
  • Spanish and English fluent is mandatory.  
  • Providing exceptional support and having handled and resolved client issues.  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Exemplary attention to detail, and solid judgement/ critical thinking are required. You’re able to maintain long-standing relationships with our billers.  
  • Ability to manage different projects at the same time and be flexible to work with changing priorities.  Strong organizational skills to be able to track current status of all projects. 
  • Able to effectively respond to questions from clients and internal/external partners.  
  • Work comfortably in a highly complex environment.
