An exciting opportunity has opened for a Sr Analyst to join our Employee Listening and Experience team! This role will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team in support of the broader HR organization’s vision to deliver great experiences for our employees. The chosen candidate will lead all aspects of our Qualtrics survey tool, managing employee surveys and helping creators with platform usage.

You will leverage your specialized knowledge in psychometrics to help develop reliable and practical surveys and assessment tools, incorporating standard methodologies and professional judgement. The role is also accountable to maintain our HR lifecycle survey program and support the broader team on the execution of large projects.

Note:

  • This is for an 18-month full-time, temporary role with the possibility of extension.

  • Company-paid relocation is not being offered.

What you will do:

  • First point of contact for ad hoc employee listening requests across the organization; provide consultation to survey authors on survey strategies and technical support on practical survey design, administration and execution, ongoing business client support and post-survey reporting and analysis. 

  • Help develop standard practices, tools and approaches to drive a consistent framework for survey authors and others working with our team across projects and engagements; manage and coordinate overall employee survey traffic across the enterprise.

  • Support execution of major employee survey projects in various capacities (e.g. assist with survey build, execution, lead the development of knowledge management, resources and training materials, conduct advanced statistical analysis, general project management and additional support as required).

  • Manages the HR employment lifecycle survey program (e.g. onboarding, exit). Works with the EX/EL team and various HR stakeholders to build, maintain and automate lifecycle surveys and to update based on changing program objectives and applying new features as the technology matures.

  • Primary administrator of our Qualtrics survey platform; accountable for overall maintenance and health of the system. 

Who you are:

  • MA or MS Degree in Psychology, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Business, or related field.

  • Minimum of two years of directly related experience.

  • Proficient knowledge of psychometrics, including validation and reliability of selection, development or survey instruments.

  • Working knowledge in researching, designing, and administering employee surveys.

  • Strong collaboration and customer support mindset.

  • Exceptional attention to detail.

  • Experience in supporting and executing large-scale projects.

  • Ability to troubleshoot, creative problem solving in an unstructured environment.

  • Proficiency in Qualtrics or other survey platform is preferred.

  • Familiarity with employee data, HRIS platforms and integration processes and best practices is an asset.

  • Office environment.

  • Less than 5% travel required.

  • Critical deadlines within Q2 2026.
