Role Responsibilities

  • Perform multilayered Quality Assurance (QA) evaluations: New and Existing pattern's QA, Non-Fraudulent QA, Profile and Fraud investigations QA, Decision Validation QA, Calls QA.

  • Analyze QA trends: QA mistakes, identify process and/or documentation gaps, improvement areas for operational team.

  • Monitor, research and analyze card not present (CNP) transaction activity to identify developing fraud patterns and develop recommendations to address fraudulent activity. 

  • Assess fraud impact and recommend risk decision rule changes to manage new fraud patterns while minimizing impact to good consumer transactions.  

  • Work closely within the fraud monitoring team to share fraud patterns and mitigation tactics.  

  • Work on improving internal processes, documentation, robotics and automations.

  • Training, coaching and mentoring new hires of the team.

  • Performing ad-hoc and regular data pulls and analysis.

  • Ensuring procedures, policies and guidelines are followed, reinforcing them where necessary.

  • Responsibilities might change depending on the business needs.

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or related field (Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, etc.).

  • 1+ year of experience in data analysis, reporting, or fraud/risk analytics.

  • Strong SQL skills — able to write, troubleshoot, and optimize queries independently.

  • Experience with Snowflake or similar big-data platforms.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, macros, and Power Query.

  • Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and accuracy — one small error can impact key data-driven decisions.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to interpret large datasets.

  • Effective communication skills – both verbal and written – with the ability to present analytical findings clearly to diverse audiences.

  • Time management skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities.

  • Collaborative and proactive approach to working within cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in automation tools or robotic process automation (RPA).

  • Familiarity with Python, Knime for automation or data analysis.

  • Experience with Power BI.

  • Exposure to machine learning or predictive fraud models.

  • Experience using AI-assisted tools to optimize analytical work.

Salary

The monthly gross base salary range is 2,092 - 3,716 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible for an annual variable target incentive (which may include long-term incentives, if eligible) that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidate’s qualifications, skills and competencies.
