Role Responsibilities

Perform fraud patterns and procedural quality assurance assessments to improve decision making.
Manage digital fraud monitoring virtual robotic process automations. Including Fraud models addition, editing and maintenance.
Recommend new and enhanced fraud monitoring reports, models, and processes to continually improve fraud identification.
Monitor, research and analyze card not present (CNP) transaction activity to identify developing fraud patterns and develop recommendations to address fraudulent activity.
Assess fraud impact and recommend risk rule changes to manage new fraud patterns while minimizing impact to good consumer transactions.
Monitoring reliability and prober functionality of fraud monitoring data querying on PSQL and Snowflake.
Perform ad-hoc reporting and related big data querying and data analysis.
Development of data deliverables. Depicting moderately complex to very complex ideas, issues, and data designs to varied audiences.
Work closely within the fraud monitoring team to share fraud patterns and mitigation tactics.

Role Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or related field.
1–2 years of relevant experience (recent graduates welcome).
Experienced in SQL coding: able to write, modify, and troubleshoot queries independently.
Advanced Excel experience.
Power BI or Tableau experience
Exposure to Snowflake or similar big-data platforms.
Experience with Microsoft Office Programs (PowerPoint).
Knowledge or interest in fraud prevention, financial data, or risk analytics.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy.
Effective communicator, orally and in writing - experience working in virtual teams with a variety of cross-functional partners – able to produce analytical findings and present at the appropriate level depending on the audience.
Curious, proactive, and collaborative mindset.
Excellent analytical skills and ability to absorb large quantities of data.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with automation tools (RPA, Python, or similar).
Exposure to machine learning or predictive models.
Experience using AI-assisted tools to optimize analytical work.

Salary

The monthly gross base salary range is 2,092 - 3,716 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible for an annual variable target incentive (which may include long-term incentives, if eligible) that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidate’s qualifications, skills and competencies.
