What this role is all about
 

As an Analyst Engagement & Communications Intern within the Global External Communications team, you’ll support activities that help strengthen Infobip’s visibility and reputation in the tech industry. You’ll assist in managing relationships with key industry analysts (Gartner, IDC, Forrester, Frost & Sullivan and many more), contribute to the preparation of materials for briefings and events, and help bring valuable analyst insights into wider communication efforts.

What you'll do:

  • Assist in identifying relevant industry analysts (Gartner, IDC, Forrester, Frost & Sullivan and many more) and key publications where Infobip should be featured.
  • Support the preparation of materials for analyst briefings and events (presentations, briefing books, summaries).
  • Help coordinate and track analyst briefing requests and updates.
  • Support in managing and updating internal newsletters and SharePoint libraries with analyst content.
  • Contribute to sharing positive analyst coverage internally and support integration into global and local marketing campaigns.
  • Help prepare summaries and presentations to measure and communicate Analyst Relations results.
  • Support with research and insights gathering from analyst reports to help internal teams understand market trends.
  • Provide general administrative and logistical support to the Global External Communications team.

What makes you a strong fit:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in business or related field and you can work full-time.
  • Basic understanding of market research techniques.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Highly fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • You can work independently and as part of a team.
  • You are available to start with internship on February 9th, 2026.
  • You hold valid student rights from „Studentski Centar“ throughout the entire internship period (6 months).

Internship timeline:

  • Application deadline (4th of January)
  • CV screening & Interview with Talent Acquisition (During December & January)
  • Recruitment task (home assignments) (During December & January)
  • Interview with Hiring team and selection process feedback (January)
  • Start of internship program (February 9th)
  • Orientation week in Zagreb Infobip campus (February 9th - 13th)
  • Working with the mentor and within a team (February - August)
  • End of the Internship program (August)
