RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in providing valuation reviews on real property using various methodologies including cost, income, and direct sales comparison approach.
Writing and updating of various analytic reports, i.e. Regional and Market analyses and Industry Overviews.
Input and audit sales comparable data, such as lease, expense, rent comps and sales transactions.
Work as part of a team on large or complex client engagements on a portfolio of properties.
Support the efforts of others in the group to ensure exceptional service to our clients.
To develop property valuation knowledge and expertise and to become an Accredited Appraiser with the Appraisal Institute of Canada.

QUALIFICATIONS
1-2 years of experience, ideally in real estate appraisal
Bachelor’s degree, preferable in business, urban studies or economics.
Strong research, analytic and written skills are required.
Must be detail oriented.
A valid driver’s license.
