Accountabilities

Major Activities
Research Processes Optimization using Data Engineering
- Audit current data workflows and identify automation opportunities to optimize/ reduce manual research tasks and improve turnaround time.
- Evaluate, deploy, and maintain AI tools (e.g., NLP summarizers, data labelling assistants, GPT-based research bots) to enhance data synthesis and reporting efficiency
- Collect real estate and economic datasets from public, subscribed sources and manage the database
- Develop process documentation, data dictionaries, and operate manuals to standardize research processes so team members can understand and utilize the system
- Collaborate with teams to identify data needs, train team members on automation tools, and drive adoption of AI-enabled workflows.

Background & Experience
- Key Skills & Competencies:
- Post graduate diploma / masters degree
- AI & Machine Learning expertise
- API integrations
- Data pipelines and automation (Python, SQL)
- Data visualization (Power BI, Tableau)
- Statistical modeling and forecasting (added advantage)
- Exposure to real estate or market research environments (preferred)
