2. JOB SUMMARY

 
  • The Cost and Project Delivery (CPD) Analyst shall play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient fleetwide management of operations and maintenance costs, overseeing the successful completion and closeout of significant FO projects, and facilitating the seamless handover of projects to the facility. The CPD Analyst shall coordinate and collaborate with different teams within and outside FO to achieve the targets of the Execution and Management Planning Department.  

3. SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

PERFORMANCE INDICATOR

Execution Management and Planning - Cost and Project Delivery

 

Analyze and monitor operations and maintenance costs across the fleet.

 

Lead the closeout process for major projects, ensuring all contractual obligations are met, and deliverables are completed to the highest standards.

 

Coordinate with project teams to finalize documentation, including as-built drawings, operation manuals, warranties, and other relevant documents.

 

Conduct post-project evaluations to assess performance against objectives and identify lessons learned for future improvement.  

 

Facilitate communication and collaboration between project stakeholders to address any outstanding issues or concerns during the handover process.

 

Establish and maintain systems for tracking and reporting project costs, including budget vs. actual analysis and variance explanations.

 

Support the development of cost management policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness

 

Site Technical Governance Coordinator with the mandatory attendees and site additional attendees availability and readiness of materials for presentation. Follow through on the performance of the elements e.g. TAN, MOC, WMS & AMS to achieve the KPI Target. 

 

Site SPOC for coordinations to site based employees for FOM fleetwide programs implementation led by EMPD.

 

General Responsibilities

  • Form part of the Projects steering committee to evaluate project value approval and follow through the completeness of the requirements.

6. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES 

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Completed Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field from a reputable university 

Minimum Experience:

  • Completed EDC CETP or Equivalent Experience 

  • At least 6 months Experience in Geothermal Sector with controlling and coordination functions
