The EMPD CWA Analyst - must monitor, support and ensure on time implementation of the support programs for the FO fleet wide Regulatory Compliance, HSE and Resiliency requirements through the FO best practices and action plans and items.
The EMPD CWA Analyst - shall be responsible in collating data and analysis of the EMPD reporting requirements including Insurance Claims FO supporting documents, FO KPIs/performance monitoring sheets, HSE programs needing EMPD support, and other needed documentation by internal and external customers.
The EMPD CWA Analyst - shall be responsible on the proactive coordination and building up database of Facility/Area Heads’ Manpower requirements based on Attrition, expansion, manpower glide path requirements (including manpower data support) and essential FO trainings in collaboration with HR.
The EMPD CWA Analyst - shall be responsible on the coordination, standardization of best practices and support during emergency or crisis (such as NatCat, Pandemic and others) to all Facilities.
FO Regulatory, Compliance & Insurance
Communicates and collaborates with SILRO-RAD, CMG-ORE, and FO Facilities for external reporting on the national level to ERC
Communicates and collaborates with SILRO-RAD, CMG-ORE, and FO Facilities for grid operations program and dynamic revisions of planned and maintenance outages to NGCP
Communicates and collaborates with SILRO-RAD, CMG-ORE, and FO Facilities for compliance reporting to DOE on the national level
Support and collaboratively integrates FO site compliance programs and requirements with ALL Facilities Operations Compliance Officers though Best Practices
Coordinates with Insurance Management with regards to outage incident details and data needed for possible insurance claims
Stay abreast of changes in relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure ongoing compliance.
FO-EMP Documentation, Data, & Reports
Support the FO-EMP Documentation and Data and Reports Library Maintenance
Support on data and documentation requirements for IMS internal and external audit requirements
Support on data, documentation and communication requirements for FO-EMPD internal and external customers and stakeholders
FO Manpower Program Support
FO support for proactive manpower glide path, training and optimization program in collaboration with HR
Supports on data collation and data and analytics to FO L3 and HR counterpart in terms of manpower attrition, expansion, and organizational changes
FO Support for manpower SIP program during pandemics, health crisis, and other operational emergencies that need fleet wide standardization
Executes health, security, environmental and safety rules and regulations of the company;
Practices recommended behaviors that adhere to the core values of the company;
Implements and complies with company rules and policies; and
Performs other related duties that may be assigned (by superiors) from time to time.
