In an integrated care environment, we aim to deliver high-impact clinical programs that improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency. This teammate will be a builder and systems thinker, helping to create the tools, dashboards, and communications infrastructure that support initiative planning, tracking, and execution. This position blends technical development with operational enablement.
Core activities include designing initiative tracking systems across lifecycle stages (ideation, pilot, release, maintenance, sunset), building dashboards that visualize timelines and interdependencies, creating shared communications platforms (e.g., SharePoint, calendars, storage), developing templates and trackers for initiative coordination, and applying UX/UI principles to ensure tools are intuitive and actionable. The analyst will also support roadmap reviews, stakeholder communications, and continuous improvement of infrastructure based on team feedback.
The analyst should demonstrate a proven ability to build from scratch, organize complex information, and translate data into meaningful tools and insights that support strategic decision-making.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Build internal infrastructure to track clinical initiatives across lifecycle stages and enable strategic planning
Develop dashboards and visual tools that surface initiative timelines, ownership, risks, and dependencies
Design and maintain communications platforms (e.g., SharePoint, calendars, shared storage) to support coordination and visibility
Create templates, trackers, and documentation that streamline initiative planning and execution
Apply UX/UI principles to ensure internal tools are intuitive, accessible, and actionable
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure with clinical priorities and workflows
Support roadmap reviews and leadership updates with data-driven visuals and summaries
Continuously improve infrastructure based on user feedback and evolving team needs
Translate complex data into clear insights that support operational and strategic decision-making

Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in a technical, analytical, or healthcare-related field
1–2 years of experience in systems design, data analytics, or operations (internships or project experience welcome)
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools preferred
Familiarity with SharePoint, calendar tools, and workflow automation platforms (e.g., Power Automate) a strong plus
Experience with SQL, Python, or other data tools a plus
UX/UI experience or interest in user-centered design is a plus
Strong problem-solving and systems-thinking skills
Comfortable working in ambiguity and building from scratch
