About the Role
As an Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and business transformation. Your responsibilities will include:
Developing a deep understanding of the business environment, processes, and challenges.
Partnering with business teams as an internal consultant to identify and address pain points in business models and operational workflows.
Monitoring key process KPIs and driving continuous improvements through system enhancements, tactical automation, or process redesign.
Applying logical thinking and problem-solving skills to propose data- and technology-driven solutions.
Identifying opportunities for centralization and designing new operating models along with migration plans.
Leading successful implementation through structured program and change management, collaborating closely with stakeholders across functions.
All About You
We’re looking for someone who brings a mix of analytical rigor and strategic thinking to the table. The ideal candidate will have:
2–5 years of experience in Tactical automation, business consulting or transformation roles, particularly in navigating unstructured challenges using first principles thinking.
Hands-on experience with SQL, Alteryx, and Tableau.
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
Exposure to domains such as B2B sales processes, sales productivity tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
