Position Summary
As a team member of the CVS Healthspire Account Management team, the Account Manager will be responsible for assisting in overall management of clients participating in programs within the Care Management product portfolio. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining day-to-day business relationships and operations with key internal stakeholders and client personnel to ensure accurate and effective delivery of client programs.
Understanding client expectations and goals is required to proactively recommend and promote programs to assist in meeting client business objectives. The position will facilitate delivery, interpretation and presentation of financial and client reports. The Account Manager will assist with onsite meeting preparation, own facilitation of client calls, and support all activities that directly influence retention of our client base.
-Assist the Strategic Account Executives/Account Executives to own, retain and identify upsell opportunity within assigned client base.
- Track and forecast changes in assigned client base that would impact revenue and communicate that effectively within the organization.
-Management of day-to-day contact with assigned clients.
-Create and maintain project plans for each assigned project, discuss and assign tasks to appropriate staff and update project on a timely basis.
-Create agendas, schedule and facilitate internal and external meetings with parties as appropriate.
-Take meeting minutes, facilitate, lead and manage all follow ups from client conference calls on routine basis.
-Document and track open items via current tracking system.
-Work closely with internal and external teams to proactively identify actual and potential problems.
-Proactively identify and escalate critical issues where company resources and capabilities do not meet client expectations.
-Perform other projects, work and activities as assigned to ensure continuous service to our internal and external customers.
-Present Care Management Solutions Programs and effectively communicate each program’s value both to internal stakeholders and external client base.

Required Qualifications
2+ years Account Management within a healthcare or technology environment.

· Experience with Microsoft tools/office, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Excel and Salesforce
Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$43,888.00 - $102,081.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
