A Dow está com uma oportunidade para Analista de Contas a Receber PCD, com base em São Paulo, Brasil. O profissional que ocupará essa função será responsável pela cobrança de todos os valores a receber relacionados a uma carteira de clientes, bem como pela reconciliação dessas contas, trabalhando em estreita colaboração com outras subfunções dentro da organização para oferecer um serviço excepcional aos clientes e manter a lucratividade da Dow. Essa função é essencial para o sucesso da empresa e para os objetivos de fluxo de caixa específicos do negócio, bem como para o alcance de metas corporativas importantes, como Percentual de Recebíveis em Dia e Dias de Vendas Pendentes (DSO). 

Responsabilidades / Atividades 

  • Responsável por ser o principal ponto de contato de Contas a Receber (A/R) para o cliente. 

  • Performa atividades de cobrança de valores a vencer e vencidos, comunicando periodicamente o estado de conta aos clientes, performando a pré-cobrança de forma proativa de faturas que vencerão no curto prazo e dando visibilidade do status para outras áreas internamente. 

  • Aplica pagamentos e compensações. 

  • Influencia o comportamento de pagamento dos clientes. 

  • Conhecimento aprofundado da conta do cliente. 

  • Gerencia reconciliações de contas, incluindo, mas não se limitando a compensações e ajustes de vendas. 

  • Investiga e resolve discrepâncias. 

  • Resolve bloqueios de crédito. 

  • Participa e implementa de melhoria de A/R específicos das atividades da conta do cliente. 

  • Processa devoluções. 

  • Colabora com outras áreas internas e parceiros de negócios, incluindo escalonamentos. 

  • Cumpre com os procedimentos e controles internos. Atende a auditorias. 

  • Outras atividades, incluindo, mas não se limitando a atualizações de certificados fiscais, recuperação de documentos e atualização de informações de contato do cliente. 

Requisitos: 

  • Curso superior em áreas relacionadas a finanças, como Ciências Contábeis, Economia e Administração de Empresas. 

  • Inglês intermediário. 

  • Já ter vivência trabalhando com Excel e ERP, de preferência SAP. 

  • Os candidatos devem ter no máximo 24 meses desde a formatura para serem elegíveis para esta vaga.

Desejável  

  • Experiência prévia atuando no departamento financeiro e/ou serviço ao cliente.

  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita para interação com cliente externo  

  • Orientação a detalhes e análise na execução de tarefas. 

  • Proatividade na resolução de problemas e antecipação de riscos potenciais. 

  • Pacote Office. 

  • Disciplina operacional.
