Overview:
Signet Jewelers is excited to announce internship opportunities for high school students who are interested in pursuing a career in Information Technology (IT). These internships are designed to provide hands-on experience, mentorship, and professional growth in key areas of our IT department.
Internship Opportunities
The Tooling Service Desk Intern focuses on access management, configuration, monitoring, documentation, and automation support across multiple enterprise tools. It is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with IT operations, service management, and automation technologies.
The Quality Assurance internship offers students the chance to gain experience in ensuring the quality and reliability of our IT systems. Interns will learn how to conduct tests, identify issues, and collaborate with the development team to implement solutions. This role is crucial for maintaining the high standards of our IT services.
Interns in the Corporate Service Desk role will be the first point of contact for IT-related inquiries and support within the company. This position involves troubleshooting technical issues, providing user support, and ensuring smooth operation of our IT services. It is an excellent opportunity for students to develop their problem-solving and customer service skills.
