Broadridge’s AI Product Strategy & Governance team is responsible for shaping the firm’s approach to AI across governance, product innovation, and business strategy. As an AI Product Analyst, you will support both the strategic and operational execution of Broadridge’s AI initiatives. This role is highly cross-functional, providing visibility into the entire lifecycle of AI initiatives: from strategic opportunity identification and roadmap planning, to governance compliance, to deployment and adoption tracking. You will help ensure Broadridge develops AI responsibly while driving meaningful productivity, cost savings, and client value.

Key Responsibilities

AI Product Strategy & Enablement

  • Partner with the Director to maintain and track the enterprise AI roadmap, ensuring initiatives align with business priorities and client needs.
  • Contribute to ideation of new AI opportunities across business units and functional teams, supporting early-stage exploration and analysis.
  • Research AI market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies, providing insights that inform strategy and planning.
  • Document and track AI opportunities across business units, capturing use cases, objectives, and potential impact.
  • Support teams in developing AI workflow tools, assisting with design, testing, and refinement to ensure solutions are practical and effective.
  • Assist in analyzing the AI initiative portfolio to evaluate progress and assess whether initiatives are delivering measurable productivity gains and business value.

AI Governance Operations

  • Manage the intake and tracking of AI use cases, ensuring scheduling, documentation, and communications are completed accurately and on time.
  • Coordinate AI Governance Team use case review sessions, including preparing agendas, recording minutes, and compiling final review documentation.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for stakeholder inquiries, addressing routine questions on review processes and escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Monitor and research emerging AI regulatory developments and industry standards, summarizing insights and recommending updates to governance policies and practices.
  • Support periodic reviews of governance documentation, assessment forms, and procedural guidelines to help maintain accuracy, consistency, and ease of use across the enterprise.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in product analysis, strategy, governance, or business analysis (experience with AI/ML, SaaS, or fintech a plus).
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in business, technology management, computer science, data & analytics, compliance or a related field.
  • Proven experience utilizing productivity and collaboration tools, notably Smartsheet, SharePoint, PowerBI, Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook strongly preferred).
  • Familiarity with AI product strategy, roadmap tracking, market research, opportunity analysis, portfolio analysis, AI governance, risk management, project management or regulatory compliance processes is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work proactively both independently and collaboratively, maintaining discretion and confidentiality as necessary.
  • Detail-oriented with the aptitude to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Salary range $75,000.00- $80,000.00. Bonus Eligible.
