Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an AI Lead. The AI Lead will design, implement, and continuously evolve a comprehensive enterprise-wide AI education program to build fundamental AI competencies across the organization. This role will create and oversee learning frameworks, curricula, and certification paths to elevate AI understanding from basic awareness to advanced application, ensuring all employees can effectively participate in our AI-enabled transformation.

What a typical day looks like:

• Design and implement a tiered AI education framework with progressive learning paths for different roles and proficiency levels

• Develop engaging learning content on AI fundamentals, use cases, capabilities, and responsible AI principles

• Partner with business units to customize learning curricula for specific domains (manufacturing, supply chain, etc.)

• Establish metrics and evaluation methods to track improvement in organizational AI literacy

• Create certification programs to recognize and validate AI skills development

• Coordinate with external training providers and academic partners for specialized AI education

• Collaborate with the AI Champions program to support their development and effectiveness

• Stay current on AI trends, capabilities, and educational approaches to continuously refresh learning material

The experience we’re looking to add to our team

• Demonstrated success in designing and implementing effective learning programs at enterprise scale

• Strong understanding of AI concepts, terminology, and applications

• Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible learning

• Experience with learning management systems and digital education tools

• Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment on learning goals
