AI & Innovation Enablement Lead

The CIB Innovation team, aligned within the CIB Chief Operating Office, is seeking an AI & Innovation Enablement Lead to join its team. The AI & Innovation Enablement Lead will drive the development and management of CIB’s innovation strategy, user enablement, strategic events, and prioritized initiatives.  The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience within Corporate & Investment Banking along with strong understanding of AI/GenAI market solutions, tech and fintech landscape.


In this role, you will:

  • Define and create the framework of short to long term strategic objectives to transform CIB and build key tenants including strategic blueprint, ROI framework, partnership,

  • Communicate effectively at exec level, articulating strategy aligned to business goals, drive consensus, deliver future state vision and bring ideas for cross-firm collaboration.

  • Identify and translate latest trends, capabilities and market evolution into applied innovation for CIB

  • Partner with CIB leadership and stakeholder to create and execute corresponding business plans and initiatives

  • Develop user enablement plans to drive usage of AI tools/solutions (e.g., prompt-a-thon, hack-a-thon, training days, user guides)

  • Support the management of CIB AI Champions group to drive citizen led training

  • Work closely with communications on rollout communications and change management plans

  • Develop presentations for both internal and external audiences, communicating overviews of the line of business, it’s strategy and strategic initiatives.

  • Drive the development of best-in--class innovation spaces (e.g., garages, training rooms) to support ongoing ideation and innovation across the businesses

  • Manage relationships with our key vendors to support ongoing training and enablement of vendor tools

  • Create and measure KPIs/OKRs to track success of the AI rollouts


Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Prior or existing Corporate & Investment Banking experience
  • Experience implementing AI/GenAI solutions in Corporate Investment Banking, understanding of business use cases and applicable solutions 
  • Demonstrated understanding of navigating a complex and large global banking organization
  • Ability to create relationship breadth and depth, while navigating the regulatory, compliance and legal intricacies of working at a highly regulated organization.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and experience presenting to C-Level executives.
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals and work under deadlines in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
  • Strong listening and communications skills with the ability to convey complex information and ideas simply and clearly.
  • Strong pulse and understanding of current industry trends, constantly seeking new ideas to bring to thinking.
  •  Demonstrated experience around inclusivity in leading and the ability to bring along all key stakeholders into the strategy to ensure the business is operating within our risk framework.
  •  High energy with a passion for innovation and developing strategic high-growth partnership models.

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$139,000.00 - $260,000.00
