The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team:
The Intelligent Automations AI Product Manager is responsible for bridging business needs with technical solutions by identifying automation opportunities, prioritizing features, and managing the product lifecycle. They collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and data teams, to design and implement scalable, reusable automation solutions while ensuring a strong focus on user experience.
What You Will Do:
Coordinate with functional service lines to determine embedded AI and custom AI opportunities; partner with legal, risk, and compliance teams to assess and mitigate AI-related risks
Prioritize features and initiatives based on ROI, business value, technical feasibility, and stakeholder input.
Ensure development and delivery is aligned to stakeholder expectations and anticipated business value and outcomes
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of automation products.
Design and implement change management/communication plans to support the successful adoption of AI solutions
Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and governance standards.
Liaison with Program Management Office to report project delivery health and input for stakeholder updates.
Provide tactical support for risk mitigation and collaborative team dependencies.
Support and influence Automation and AI program technology roadmap and strategy
Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of applicable experience with at least 2 years of experience focused on automation or digital transformation.
Strong understanding of AI technologies, from classical AI (machine learning / ML) to advanced technology in generative & agentic AI principles.
Lead multiple concurrent projects using project management software, specifically Jira
Experience in UX design & validation for digital solutions, including mobile-first design.
Knowledge on data governance and applied AI governance.
Qualifications We Prefer:
SAFe PO/PM certification, or similar
UX certification(s)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical and operational challenges.
Proven ability to drive alignment between business and technology teams.
Expertise with agile methodology and software delivery lifecycle (SDLC) models

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
