  • Ensure governance and compliance in effort tracking, sprint reporting, and project documentation.

  • Guide teams in developing and using metrics to enhance predictability and reduce risks.

  • Participate in Agile Communities of Practice (CoPs) to share experiences and promote best practices.

  • Identify and remove blockers that affect team delivery and collaboration.

  • Skilled in identifying roadblocks and driving effective resolutions.

  • Excellent communication and coaching skills.

Leadership and Influence:

  • Promotes self-organization and continuous improvement within the team.

  • Encourages innovative thinking and supports team development.

  • Builds bridges across teams and fosters open, productive communication.

Decision-Making & Autonomy:

  • Confident and assertive when guiding team decisions.

  • Able to balance structure with flexibility in complex environments.

  • 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile practitioner.

  • Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe) are a plus.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels.

  • Comfortable facilitating multi-day workshops and training sessions.
