What will you do?

We are seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated professional with extensive experience in managing Aftermarket Parts service life-cycle information for Chiller Equipment and systems. The ideal candidate will possess a deep technical knowledge of Manufacturing ERP systems, be well-versed in Water-Cooled Chillers, Air-Cooled Chillers, and Industrial Refrigeration equipment. This role requires a strong technical understanding of Engineering, Manufacturing and Service Bills of Materials (BOMs) and the ability to work independently to drive Aftermarket Parts projects to completion.

How will you do it?

  • Manage and maintain accurate life-cycle parts data across multiple systems.

  • Utilize technical expertise to support ERP configuration and data integrity related to HVAC/R equipment.

  • Interpret and update Service BOMs to support Aftermarket Parts & Service.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, marketing and service to ensure alignment on Parts & Service approach and implementation.

  • Lead and execute projects ensuring deadlines are met, and deliverables are achieved. 

What are we looking for?

Required:

  • Proven experience with Manufacturing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, MAPICS and Windchill).

  • Strong technical background in HVAC/R systems, specifically Water-Cooled and Air-Cooled Chillers, and Industrial Refrigeration.

  • Expertise in managing BOMs and parts data.

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills. 

Preferred:

  • Engineering or technical degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related field.

  • Experience in aftermarket parts support or service engineering.

  • Familiarity with PLM systems and data governance practices.
