We have an outstanding learning opportunity for an enthusiastic Bachelor or Master student who is interested in making a difference in our Away from Home unit at Kraft Heinz!

Kraft-Heinz Away from Home is the division of Kraft Heinz that focuses on providing foodservice solutions and products outside the traditional grocery store setting. This includes supplying restaurants, cafeterias, hotels and other institutions with a wide range of KH products and services to support food service professionals in delivering consistent, high-quality dining experiences. As an Away from Home intern, you will assist with the day-to-day activities of our away from home team, such as creating content, data analyses, administrative tasks in excel and supporting the promotion of Heinz for businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Community Management: Support in building the EE AFH community by gathering best practices, support with preparing monthly AFH meetings.
• Event Planning Assistance: support end-to-end event organizations, events and tradeshows ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact.
• Coordination & admin tasks: Keep tracking and planning documents updated. Support with customers presentations and wrap-up decks.
• POSM & Experience tools: Support with tracking and optimizing POSM workstream & support with creating new SKU’s launch kits etc.
• Digital Footprint & social media: Improve AFH EE overall digital presence by creating and leveraging from benchmark practices. Support in updating AFH social media communications, product launch, and general digital activations following AFH global guidelines.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment 

Recruitment process:

• Note: The recruitment process can take 4/8 weeks in total  

What We Offer You

• Program start date: December 2025/ January 2026
• Duration 6 months
• Allowance 625 euro per month (40hrs, 5 days) & full reimbursement of travel expenses
• Location Amsterdam, hybrid 
   

This is a hybrid position - you will need to be based in the Netherlands for the entire duration of the internship.
