Sentara Medical Group is seeking an experienced full-time APP (NP or PA) with at least 3 years of experience to join our team in providing primary care in a remote environment. This role will partner with multiple primary care clinics in answering In Basket messages. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently in a high-volume capacity.
APP to support SFMP-Wesleyan, SFMP-Nimmo, SFMP-PA, SFMP-Providence Rd, SIMP-Wards Corner with in-basket management and virtual appointments for acute care needs, new patient onboarding, TCM support, and AWVs.

Minimum Requirements:
Active NP or PA
At least 3 years’ experience as APP
Licensed and present in the state of Virginia- Required
