Advanced Application Specialist (General Imaging, US) is responsible for providing technical and clinical support during the sales process. Responsibilities may include providing the required pre-sale product demonstrations (or clinical trial support) as well as post-side installation, training and/or customer service activities to support sales objectives for their geography. Responsibilities may also include ongoing post-sale customer support.
Job Description
Advanced Application Specialist (US GI) is responsible for:
- Providing consistent clinical and technical support to Modality Sales Specialist (MSS) and AM
- Organizing and managing Round Table, Electronic Theater, and Works Show
- Maintaining and developing a network of Local and National Key Opinion Leaders
- Providing support in reference sites management; managing customer calls/meetings
- Analyzing related scientific literature
- Participating in national congresses/conferences
- Participating in creation and realization of strategic projects and multi-modality solutions
- Assisting MSM in product trainings for partners, MSS, and other newcomers (Adv. App, MTS)
- Participating in LCT & modality operational mechanisms including, but not limited to deals analysis & review, BAR, and QMI
- Collecting and sharing data using various systems.
Minimum Requirements:
- Medical education (preferably Ph.D.) or M.S. in Pharmacology (or Ph.D. in Physics)
- 5-10 years of work experience
- Confident MS Office user (especially in Power Point)
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent English
- Working experience with OL
- Solid experience in holding lectures and master classes
- Ability to effectively use scientific literature
