Administrator – Join Our Team

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for delivering excellent service? We’re looking for an Administrator to support our operations and ensure smooth, efficient service to both internal teams and external customers.

About the Role

As an Administrator, you’ll play a key role in maintaining high standards of service, accuracy, and professionalism. You’ll be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks that support our commercial, operational, and quality objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process OST charges and manage haulier adjustments

  • Investigate liability and query issues (B06/B07)

  • Manage fuel systems (BP/bunker), reporting, and fob/card distribution

  • Handle purchase orders, credits, debits, and vehicle charges

  • Support customer billing for part loads, night work, and plant opening

  • Oversee PDI processing and reporting

  • Coordinate haulier and contractor inductions

  • Produce reports on visitor numbers, vehicle performance, and queries

  • Manage customer access to online portals

  • Act as the main contact for visitors and switchboard operations

  • Handle post distribution and stationery orders

  • Provide PODs and general administrative support (filing, archiving, etc.)

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • Strong commitment to customer service

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Minimum Grade C in GCSE Maths and English

  • Proficiency in SAP and standard office software

  • Professional demeanor and attention to detail

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of the construction industry and products

  • Familiarity with UK geography

  • Experience in customer service, transport, or operations (minimum 1 year)

  • Background in large company environments and target-driven roles
