At Braun Intertec, we know first impressions are everything! Braun Intertec is seeking an Administrative professional to perform Receptionist/Administrative Assistant duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests and employees
  • Ensure a constant high quality impression and corporate image
  • Maintain office calendar, reserve conference rooms
  • Meeting preparations
  • Provide back-up to document center with copiers, binding equipment, postage machine and other various business equipment
  • Provide information to outside callers, clients, prospects and internal employees
  • Prepares shipments and arranging for courier services
  • Performing a variety of administrative duties as assigned

Required Skills:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Position requires good communication and organizational skills
  • Must have the ability to operate MS Office Suite
  • Must have the ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision, in addition to being flexible in stressful peak times

Minimum Experience and Education:

  • High School diploma or equivalent is required
  • 1 or more years of relevant experience preferred

Compensation Range:

$41,000.00 - $62,000.00
