Job Description

Title: Administrative Coordinator

Salary Range: Commensurate with experience and education

FLSA Status: Non-exempt

Schedule: Full-time

Location: Oklahoma City, OK

Position Summary:

This position will be responsible for administrative, financial, and other various office tasks within the Administration unit.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist employees with travel arrangements, per diem, and reimbursements

  • Surplus office furniture and computer assets as needed

  • Assist in day-to-day finance operations to include accounts payable, accounts receivable, and various other duties as assigned

  • Order office furniture and supplies as needed

  • Submit facilities maintenance requests for various locations

  • Oversee all office inventory

  • Manage employee Comdata card pin numbers

  • Prepare offices for new employees: clean office, set up computer equipment and furniture

  • Manage office fleet vehicles to include reporting, Comdata cards, and schedule maintenance

  • Other administrative and finance duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and related experience. Strong communication, organization, and multi-tasking skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
