Job Description:

Education Qualifications:
Key Responsibilities:
- Supports and assists providers and clinical staff with administrative tasks.
- Administers questionnaires and documents in electronic medical record.
- Manage patient, family, and facility calls.
- Processes incoming mail, scans, copies, and faxes as needed.
- Answers internal phone calls.
- Chart preparation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Customer service skills
- Ability to follow direction and perform tasks within scope of role
- Experience in healthcare or patient care experience
- Experience using electronic medical record
- Medical terminology
This position will work the following:
- 32 hours/week guaranteed
- No Weekends
- 8 Hour Shifts
- Day Shift: 8:00AM - 4:30PM
Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire
