As an Administrative Associate supporting the Chief Technology Office leaders within Enterprise Data Architecture & Engineering, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently, anticipating needs and proactively solving problems.
[The base salary is $40,000 - $59,000 determined by skills and experience.]
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Keep our department and leaders on track by scheduling meetings, organizing events, and tracking attendance.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange travel plans and ensure refreshments are ordered when needed.
- Procedure Adherence: Follow established guidelines with precision, while having opportunities to exercise independent judgment. Attention to detail.
- Office Supply Management: Monitor and order office supplies, keeping an eye on expenditures.
- Document Preparation: Craft correspondence, reports, meeting minutes, presentations, and other written and visual materials.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Experience: At least 2 years of administrative or related experience, ideally in a medium to large organization.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate degree or related degree is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent ability to take direction, be adaptable, and collaborate positively with others. Strong client facing/customer service skills.
