Job Description Summary

This role provides support across multiple clinic locations, including Okatie, Summerville, Nexton, Downtown, and Mt. Pleasant. The primary work location will be at Summerville Afterhours clinic; however, travel to the Nexton, Downtown, and Mt. Pleasant sites will be required. Work hours may vary: 7:00-3:30; 7:30-4:00; 8:00-4:30.

Job Description

The Administrative Assistant provides essential support to leadership and clinic teams through a wide range of administrative and HR functions. Responsibilities include managing Kronos for scheduling, timekeeping, and payroll, as well as supporting recruiting and termination processes in OurDay by creating positions, moving backfills forward, and entering terminations. The role assists with onboarding new CTMs by setting up access, reviewing job responsibilities, timekeeping procedures, certification uploads, and completing required forms. Additional duties include preparing reports for certifications, annual mandatories, and townhalls, maintaining employee files, ordering supplies, managing job descriptions, scheduling interviews, and coordinating recognition activities such as birthdays and anniversaries. The Administrative Assistant also handles monthly expense reports, provider well-being lunches, meeting minutes, and reimbursement entries in OurDay, ensuring smooth daily operations and consistent communication across the team.
