Within CG Wealth Management, the Badger Investment Group (BIG) is seeking a motivated and client-focused Administrative Assistant to join our Edmonton-based advisory team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Investment Advisor and team as needed;
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, including responding to inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner;
  • Prepare new account applications and KYC updates as required;
  • Managing multiple priorities with a high-level of task management;
  • Assist with maintaining various databases, records and other documents;
  • Servicing clients with professionalism, efficiency and upholding confidentiality;
  • Assist with processing and confirming client transactions;
  • Assist with servicing existing clients;
  • Assist with special projects as required.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Willingness to complete CSC and CPH required;
  • 1-2 years of general administrative experience;
  • Previous knowledge in or interest of securities industries considered an asset;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills complemented by exceptional interpersonal skills;
  • Experience with Dataphile, Salesforce, or netx360 an asset;
  • Be resourceful in finding answers to solutions;
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of discretion and confidentiality;
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills;
  • Excellent prioritization skills with the ability to excel under pressure;
  • Excellent teamwork skills complemented by the ability to work well independently;
  • Intermediate computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
