The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant for a mid-sized program within CACI’s Aerospace Solutions Group on-site in San Antonio, TX. You will need to quickly train, learn our processes, and adapt to our growing program management office.
Responsibilities:
Supports the Aerospace Solutions Group office through maintaining office equipment, and maintaining and organizing office and breakroom supplies.
Supports the Aerospace Solutions Group office as the new employee Day One Coordinator.
Supports Program Management Office by preparing meeting minutes, preparing briefing materials, and generating, tracking, and reporting of purchase requests.
Supports briefings to mid-level leaders both within and outside of the program.
Communicates effectively with parties internal and external to the organization, which may include customers or vendors.
Works daily from the CACI San Antonio office.
Follows internal configuration management, ISO and AS9100 processes to optimize organizational efficiencies.
Participates in efforts of cross-competency teams.
Provides administrative support to proposal activity related to the program or project.
Performs and communicates well under deadline pressure.
Experienced with Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Qualifications:
Required:
Five or more years of experience in performing administrative functions in an office environment.
Detail-oriented and capable of multi-tasking as required to support a range of recurring responsibilities.
Desired:
Associate’s degree in a business-related field or technology.
Experience multi-tasking in an office environment.
Best candidates will be extremely organized and work well alone or in a small group.
Experience with Microsoft Project, Procure to Pay (P2P), and an ERP system.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$39,400 - $68,200
