This role is within the EDS segment, and you will be joining that segment as it becomes its own entity, with a rich heritage and proven track record as a global leader in low and high voltage power and signal distribution systems. Our solutions are central to enabling the next generation of electrified, automated, and connected vehicles, and we are committed to innovation, sustainability, and engineering excellence.

YOUR ROLE
• Provide administrative and executive support to the Technical Center Director
• Manage calendar, coordinate meetings and organize events/conferences for clients, board members and VIPs
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
• Plan and monitor secretarial budget, including invoice verification and approval
• Oversee office procurement, open orders, and supplies management
• Coordinate with service providers partnering with the Technical Center
• Supervise office equipment maintenance and functionality
• Organize and oversee the vehicle fleet replacement process
• Analyze, monitor, and optimize fleet-related costs
• Manage vehicle handovers and returns, maintain documentation, and provide technical support to users
• Coordinate vehicle repairs, damage reporting, and tire replacements
• Enforce company car usage policies
• Provide consultation on new vehicle configurations
• Manage pool cars
• Collaborate with internal and external clients and suppliers
YOUR BACKGROUND
• Fluent in English language
• Excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency in computer applications - MS Office, SharePoint
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with internal and external management and clients
• Availability, flexibility, creativity, planning ability and perseverance
• Knowledge of procedures related to vehicle operations and maintenance
• Experience in administering fleet management processes
• Responsibility and reliability in performing assigned duties
• Independence, excellent work organization, and multitasking abilities
