GN is recognized worldwide for its innovative audio, video, and gaming solutions under the Hearing, Jabra, and SteelSeries brands. Our international Regional Planning & Fulfillment team comprises 19 colleagues managing diverse functions that support B2B sales. Based at the GN HQ in Ballerup, Denmark, you'll join colleagues in a similar role, ready to welcome and guide you.
You will play an essential role in providing high-quality support to our global customers and sales colleagues, guaranteeing the accurate processing of customer orders within our systems to facilitate timely product shipments.
As our new Account & Operations Representative, you will be assigned your own portfolio of customers, which you will take full responsibility for whilst contributing to ongoing initiatives aimed at enhancing and optimizing our operational processes for increased efficiency and overall quality. Your involvement will not only ensure seamless order management but will also contribute significantly to the continuous improvement of our overall workflow.
