Position Summary:

Join our top-tier Record to Report (RtR) Accounting Operations Team as an Accounting Operations Analyst II. Responsibilities:
- Process Intercompany Invoices accurately and resolve any issues promptly
- Review and clear aged intercompany AR items
- Strictly agree intercompany AR balances with appropriate counterparty for month-end close
- Manage intercompany netting payments and allocate payments/receipts monthly
- Conduct monthly analysis of goods received but not invoiced (GRNI)
- Participate in process improvement projects and PPI events
- Support resolution of intercompany out of balance issues
- Assist external and internal auditors, as well as various internal groups
- Complete ad-hoc projects as requested
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an RtR Operational Accounting Assistant role or equivalent
- Proven accuracy in performing all aspects of the role
- Experience in a large-scale organization is beneficial
- Ability to work well under time constraints
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Excel
- Proficient in English
