Working as the European Finance Shared Service Center team member, providing the best potential customer service in the area of responsibilities.

Tasks/Duties

  • Post customer payments and cost invoices to system
  • Prepare and upload weekly invoice payment run
  • Prepare and upload Draft/direct debit files
  • Post payment files and record other bank transaction in the system
  • Analyze and process customer claims
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable accounts aging follow up
  • Supplier Master Data maintenance
  • Prepare audit documents related to area of responsibilities
  • Month end tasks related to area of responsibilities
  • Support in accounting matters to local sites
     

Education

Degree in Accounting and at least 3-year experience as an Accountant preferably in an international company. Experience in working with accounting software/ERP system.

Experience

  • Very good knowledge of oral and written English
  • Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
  • Good computer skills, Excel is must-have
  • Ability to plan work both individually and as team member
  • Ability to meet deadlines
