The Position

As the Account Value Lead for Roche Diagnostic Thailand, you will play a key role in overseeing and directing the performance of the sales team. You will serve as the face of the organization to internal and external partners while defining and executing both short- and long-term business plans for your team.


The opportunity

  • Accountable for sales and diagnostics solutions strategy, achieving sales revenue, and profit & loss targets for the team.

  • Build, lead, and inspire a team to secure business in key accounts and proactively find new growth opportunities.

  • Develop strategies to grow key accounts and ensure the team works closely with them to identify their needs and maintain long-lasting relationships.

  • Act as a role model and coach to foster a growth mindset, teamwork, self-learning, leadership, and competency skills.

  • Contribute to RDTH by working collaboratively, building networks, and proactively connecting with others to explore new ideas and partnerships that bring value to customers and patients.

  • Lead strategic engagements with key customers to present and negotiate the economic value proposition and return on investment (ROI) of complex diagnostic solutions, ensuring alignment with team P&L targets.

Who you are

Experience and Competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Pharmacy, or an equivalent life science field.

  • Ability to work in upcountry locations.

  • Proficient language skills in Thai and a good command of spoken and written English.

  • Deep understanding of business drivers, products, the local market, and competition.

  • Ability to influence at all levels, position/sell ideas to client groups, and manage expectations in line with the agreed portfolio while building trustful and effective relationships.

  • Ability to find creative solutions to complex problems, take responsibility, drive results, and achieve expected outcomes.

Industry Experience:

  • 10+ years of work experience in a related field.
